Theses & Dissertations Submission Guide

This guide provides steps for using the ProQuest ETD Administrator site for UW-Green Bay Masters and Doctorate students to publish their completed thesis or dissertation.

Create your account

  1. Go to the Theses and Dissertations Submission Site
  2. Click on the button to "Start the process"
  4. Fill out the form and click "Create Account."
  5. Note: we suggest using a personal/permanent email address rather than your student account because you'll eventually lose access to your UWGB email address.
  7. The page will refresh to show you this message.
  9. Go check your email to confirm your account; the email will come from etdadministrator@proquest.com
  10. Click on the link in the email from etdadministrator@proquest.com to confirm your account
  12. Clicking on that link will prompt your default browser to open a page where you'll automatically be signed in. You can proceed to the steps on the next page → Submit a Thesis or Dissertation
