Distance Education Students

Distance education students that live outside of Brown, Manitowoc, Marinette, and Sheboygan counties in Wisconsin can request that materials within the UW-Green Bay Libraries collection and materials held by other libraries be shipped to their home address. First you must log into ILLiad and specify that you are a distance education student.

  1. Once you've logged into your ILLiad account, select the Distance Education Students link under the Tools menu.

  2. Verify your information is correct, select Distance Education from the drop-down box, and then select Submit Information.

Since articles are delivered electronically, distance education students can follow the same procedures as a normal ILL request. If you notice that UW-Green Bay Libraries don't have full-text access but owns the print journal, you can submit an ILL request for the article and the ILL department will scan the article and deliver it to you electronically.

Start your search for materials within WorldCat. When you find something of interest, click on the "Find It" button. If the item is owned by the UW-Green Bay Libraries, the ILL department will pull it from the shelf and ship it to your home.
