All UW-Green Bay Libraries have laptops for checkout. Some branches have other items. Please contact your local branch for information. Items must be returned to the campus where they were checked out. Information on this guide will help you determine what types of equipment the Green Bay campus library has available for checkout. All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Items circulate for 7 days, unless otherwise noted, and cannot be renewed. Items must be returned to a library desk, not to a book drop.
The following items are available for checkout from the Cofrin Library Public Services desk on 3rd floor. Items only circulate to UW-Green Bay students, staff, and faculty.

We do not take reservations for equipment, but you can always contact us to see what equipment we currently have available.

- You must have a current UW-Green Bay student or faculty/staff ID to check out equipment.
- You can check out one of each type of equipment.
- For example: You can check out one laptop and one projector, but not 3 laptops.
- Staff: If you need more than one item of the same type for an off-campus work function, bring other people from your department to check out the other items.
- We do not take reservations during the academic year.
- Equipment cannot be renewed.
