All UW-Green Bay Libraries have laptops for checkout. Some branches have other items. Please contact your local branch for information. Items must be returned to the campus where they were checked out. Information on this guide will help you determine what types of equipment the Green Bay campus library has available for checkout. All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Items circulate for 7 days, unless otherwise noted, and cannot be renewed. Items must be returned to a library desk, not to a book drop.
The following items are available for checkout from the Cofrin Library Public Services desk on 3rd floor. Items only circulate to UW-Green Bay students, staff, and faculty.
**All files are deleted when items are returned.**
We do not take reservations for equipment, but you can always contact us to see what equipment we currently have available.
Please call us at 920.465.2540, email the Public Services Department at email@example.com, chat, or visit us in person at the Cofrin Library 3rd floor Public Services Desk.
For more information about circulating equipment see our Fines and Lending Policies page.
If you will be using equipment on campus, please check the Information Technology (IT) or University Union websites. The room might already have the equipment you need or you can make a request through IT to have equipment delivered and set up for you. **Please note, charges may apply. Contact the IT Media Counter at x2416 or the University Union at x2400 for more information.**
All of our equipment is free to check out, but you will be charged if the item is not returned on time, returned without all the pieces, or returned damaged. For more information on equipment fines, please see:
