To access many of the library's resources, including online databases which contain journals, magazines, and newspaper articles, you will need the following:
Your UW-Green Bay campus network username and password. This is the same one that you use to access campus e-mail and Canvas. You should have received a letter with this information upon acceptance into the program.
Consists of the first four characters of your last name, the first name and middle name initials, and the two-digit day of the month that you were born. For example: Mary Kay Jones’s birthday is May 4th, so her username would be: jonemk04. (Note: There are occasional exceptions to this syntax.)
Consists of the first letter of your last name (capitalized), followed by the # sign, followed by the 9-digit Campus ID number. Example: J#123456789

Online students living OUTSIDE of Brown, Manitowoc, Marinette, and Sheboygan counties are eligible for home delivery of materials from all UW-Green Bay Libraries, as well as books from other libraries via Interlibrary Loan.
To register for home delivery:
This will ensure that books will be delivered to your home address. You are responsible for returning library materials at your expense, by mail or an alternate method of your choice, by the due date that will be with each book.
As you search, click on the Find It! button and sign in to request an item. We will e-mail you when it is delivered to UW-Green Bay for pick-up.
NEWIL Libraries (Northeast Wisconsin)
If you live in the Green Bay area, you may obtain a Courtesy Pass from Cofrin Library (Green Bay campus) to use any of the local public, academic, or special libraries that belong to NEWIL. This courtesy pass will give you a one time borrowing privilege at those institutions.
