Starting May 19, 2023 at 2:00pm, the Library on the Marinette campus will be closed for the summer. It will reopen with full services on August 21, 2023. While the physical location will be closed, services will continue for instructors and staff as outlined below.

Librarians will staff the Research Help service throughout the summer sessions. Help is available via chat, email, and phone. Click on the Research Help page of this guide to connect with a librarian. If you would like to set up an appointment with a librarian for more advanced research, please fill out a research appointment request in the link below.

Library instruction is primarily online and can take many forms, such as synchronous sessions, recorded presentations or tutorials, or custom research guides.  In-person instruction is also available.  To learn more about and/or schedule library instruction, visit our Library Instruction link below. 

Borrowing requests can be made online through the UW-Green Bay libraries’ website. For more information, see our interlibrary loan guide in the link below.

Your borrowing requests will be mailed directly to you if after completing an ILL request, you send an email to interloan@uwgb.edu with your mailing address. Returns can be made via mail to the Green Bay campus Interlibrary Loan office (return label will be enclosed) or returned in person to the Cofrin Library’s indoor or outdoor book drops.

UWGB library books can be returned during the summer to the book drops at all four campuses. Due date will be modified to accommodate closures.

Equipment CANNOT be placed in a book drop. For equipment returns we ask that you please return equipment to the Main Office on the Marinette Campus.
