At times, falling behind on coursework can be overwhelming and can make you unsure where to start. This mini workshop will inform students about key considerations when trying to catch up and assist students in starting the process of creating a personalized catch-up plan.

Time management workshop

Time Management is an important skill that everyone needs to develop. It allows you to balance coursework, job responsibilities, and personal life. This mini workshop will inform students about time management tips and help students create a personalized schedule.
 

Tutors

7:00pm - 10:00pm
Library Commons
Tutors will be available to help with writing, biology, chemistry, and math. Sign-up for a spot at the registration table to get support with your classwork.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Just like a regular yoga practice, chair yoga increases flexibility and body awareness.
